Extensive Alteration

Major refurbishment of a 1980s brick and timber weatherboard house which was given a complete external face-lift, the finish of which, resonates with a New England architectural style.

The external renovations included ThermoWood® cladding, self colour-render, Canadian slate roof, sandblasted Indian Sandstone exterior and a resin bound driveway.

As well as the extensive face-lift, a side extension was built with an en-suite bathroom featuring a large oval bath and a new ground floor kitchen was fitted.
