Basement addition and substantial extension and conversion of a small semi-basement into a full basement.

Refurbishment, landscaping and extension of the ground floor to form a stylish open plan kitchen & dining area with sky light and family room.

Cornerstone House

Large extension, refurbishment and landscaping which entailed some major demolition and alteration to the existing brick built property.

Cobham House

Major refurbishment of a 1980s brick and timber weatherboard house which was given a complete external face-lift, the finish of which, resonates with a New England architectural style.

Windsor House, Surrey

Demolition and new build of 3,700 sq ft bespoke home.

Cedar Cottage

This project entailed the demolition of a chalet bungalow and the building of two new semi-detached properties totalling 3,500 square feet.

Martlets House, Surrey

Alteration and major demolition of an existing brick built property on a Design and Build Contract.

Applegarth Place

Extension and alteration of large basement space to create an in-home cinema/entertainment space with an en-suite.

Endorsements

We were building a Scandia-Hus timber frame property and, having had unsatisfactory early quotes from three or four builders, we approached Compass as we knew that two of their Directors had built a house for some friends of ours.  Compass’ approach to the work was always very positive and, whenever the inevitable problems or difficulties arose, they immediately looked for solutions and ways to get the project back on track.  We were living on site (in a rather cold caravan!) and they went out of their way to make sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible.  They were also assiduous in minimising any disruption to the other road users from deliveries etc.  A very telling fact was that their sub contractors spoke highly of them saying that they were a good company to work for – always a good sign.
